This is a 2 for 1 Email. The weekly is right below while an additional segment below tells all about the Ministry project over at Shirley Downing's place at 2 PM this Sunday July 11th. (You may recall that John Downing died suddenly earlier this year leaving Shirley with 7 kids to raise...so, we're gonna dive in there and do what we can!) Please pass this along to others who may want to help, okay?

10 AM: WORSHIP EXPERIENCE On Sunday join us at 10:00 AM
for a worship service where we will continue a series based on Great Stories of the Bible. This week we will be looking at Genesis 2 & 3 and talking about THE FIRST TEMPTATION and that notorious bite out of the apple.
COME HANG OUT BEFORE WORSHIP:
9:15 AM: THE PHOS CAFE (Just inside the main doors) will be open for you to grab breakfast and information
about PH while meeting some new friends.

9:30 AM (Ages 4 - 5th grade) join other children at the check-in table in the Cafe for some fun activities and to make some great friends.
10:00 AM:(Ages 3 - 5th grade) join your parents for the first part of the main worship experience. Midway through the service, you will be dismissed for a time of worship designed just for you.

Info about the 'Barn Painting Party' at the Downing's this Sunday afternoon at 2 PM ....
Hey Phos folk,
Just wanted to write and remind you about an exciting time we have coming up this Sunday at the home of the Downings. We are going to join together as a church family and help them get some much needed work on their property completed. We have a variety of opportunities to serve from Barn Painting, to landscaping, to filling ruts, to cutting stumps etc.... We will also have some fun activities for the kids and teens and we will finish the day with a meal together.
WE WILL MEET AT THE DOWNINGS @ 2:00, THIS SUNDAY, JULY 11.
If you have signed up and let us know what area you would be interested in serving that is great! We look forward to seeing you there. If you haven't signed up yet and and would like to let us know what areas you would like to serve, please email
Meredith@phoschurch.com. That way we can ensure that we have enough supplies and enough food. (Some of you signed up on a generic list but haven't told us where you'd like to serve - if you can do that - that would be great)

Here are several of the areas where we need help: - (the tools needed for each project are listed, please let us know if you can bring any of these - even if you aren't working that particular job)
REPAIR AND CLEAN GUTTERS - extension ladders - can't be afraid of heights for this one.
CLEAN UP FLOWER BEDS AND MULCH - gloves, rakes, shovels, trash bags
TRIM BUSHES AND WEEDWACKING - heavy duty weedwackers
FIX RUTS IN YARD - shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrow
BARN PAINTING - scrapers, 9" rollers, paint brushed of various sizes, extension ladders, regular ladders
TRIM DOWN STUMPS AROUND POND - chainsaws
PRUNE TREES - tree loppers, ladder
MEAL PREP & WATER TEAM - Coolers for water are needed - FOOD PREP - this will mostly happen later on in the day, so you can help with something else and also with this if you would like
